Is the FLCL dub any good?

Australian box set, ~$50

From the info on this site, the american box is no longer available.

But! This site claims to still have the american box in stock. $35 + shipping.

Man, I remember when they put the box out, I'd already gotten a copy of the third volume and felt cheated because it meant I'd have to buy it again if I wanted the box...blah...So much easier to keep track of boxes than individual cases...

Yeah i just watched all the FLCL's and the dubbing was really really good, it seemed like it was mainly english in the first place. ANyways that was the shortest Anime series ever, im rather sad it was so short i was just starting to like it. Only 6 Eps.

It's also the latest good show Gainax has put out. They make all these pervert shows and then occasianally come out with something excellent. Right now they've started the perv trend again which will probably last 2-4 years.

I thought the english voices where wierd and was not to sure if that was just the comedy of the anime or not. However I got use to it and think it is pretty good now. Still my first impression was that it was very wierd.

What about Abenobashi? It wasn't as deep as FLCL, but it was still deep and good and insane...
