I apologize about the picture quality, the JPEG compression did bad things to the letters, but someone got it right so I guess it wasn't too bad.

This one probably relies on you being a fan of the series to know it. BTW: Ignore that 04 in the corner, it's just a remement of what time the show was airing that the fansubber didn't remove.

Some shows I know sometimes will zoom or crop to get it out, one fansubber from some time ago actually painstakingly removed them. The other shows I Watched just weren't timestamped when they aired.

As for the answer. No it's not Beck.
