Well it's almost another 24 hours. I can't believe no one knew this one

The answer was GTO. The first quote was when Onizuka was on the bus talking about Fuyutsuki. The second one was in reference to the vice principle, the administrator of the school called him a butt sniffer.

Well anyway, I have no new quote, so the floor is open.
