oh well lets see.

Vamp D: D is hired by a woman who is bitten by a vampire to kill the count.

Biohunter: there a disease called the devils disease that turns people in monsters and one guy has it but can control it and uses his ability to go help some girl who's father was kidnapped by some senator that has the disease in him but has been "dead" for like a month already.

TOTDM: i dont really know the plot but some of the people pop a pill that turns them into ogre sized monster.

FOTNS: kenshiro is on his was to kill his former friend who beat him and took his girl and on the way he messes up alot of people on the way uses his point touch martial art called hokto shiken or somethinglike that.

I think samurai x falls into those catagorys. theres one part where it rins blood. it has no or almost no guns.
