AMG TV and Genshiken are both licensed by Media Blasters, although as usual you can still find fansubs of ill repute floating around. And Media Factory put the kibosh on School Rumble a long time ago, but that's still running.

And x2 on Speed Grapher, x3 on Monster... x2 on all three of Alucard's 'off-limits' picks.
