Andy Vs Spike ( cant remember EP)
Alucard Vs Horde of Zombies (Second One)
And i agree with the EVA 01 Vs the First Angel..was a awesome Berserker.

The Dragoon/Gigas vs. Peacemaker fights in episodes 15 and 24 of Scrapped Princess

The Tamahome vs. Nakago fight in ep 52 of Fushigi Yuugi--again, it's not spectacular fighting, but there is a lot of emotion behind it.

The Spike Vs. Pierrot battle in episode 20 of Cowboy Bebop

The last battle in Final Fantasy Unlimited episode 25

The fights between the three sisters and the other paper master in episodes 12 & 13 of Read or Die TV

The best anime fight has to be Lina Vs. Phibbrizo
as long as the voices tell me to run and fight, it doesnt matter who is wrong and who is right.

Dragonball(the entire saga OG and Z and the movies) has a lot of good fights. To many of them rank up there as greats.

5) Yoda vs Count Dooku
4) Spike vs evil dude on the train in Bebop movie
3) Kusanagi vs Puppet guy in Ghost in the Shell
2) Naruto vs Sausuke in ep 133
1) All the mecha battles in Macross Zero

I'm sure I missed some good ones though...
