Chidori Kaname. Apart from the whole slightly psychotic thing, she is hot. Most people seem to like Tessa though for some reason. Also Lucy from Elfen Lied is hot in a kind of creepy way

Think the furthest I'm willing to go is Kaoru Miki from Shoujo Kakumei Utena. He might as well just be female though. He almost is. And Kozue has him whipped anyway.

i think most the guys in fruits basket are pretty hot---specially shigure..um..and yeh, vegeta and the gundam wing pilots i thoguth were hot until i realised that the anime they were in kinda sucked...hmm..and if i was a guy...and a cartoon...i would definitley do Misato from evan...is that weird...

Hot guys everywhere you look in Anime and manga. I'm not complaining though!!

I really like Kurama and Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho. Tsuzuki from Yami no Matsuei is kinda cute too (and I just love a man who likes sweet stuff

). And then there's Setsuna, Raziel and Kira from Angel Sanctuary. They're so hot!!!
