Yea, isn't Type Moon awesome? Now if only those PC games would get released here.

I also forgot one thing. Ergo Proxy is licensed by Geneon. All I'm going to say is that series is directed by the person who did Witch Hunter Robin with the animation company who did Samurai Champloo. 8-)

Since we're sort of on the topic of panel news from AX...

I sure hope ADV keeps their word about starting to release Kaleido Star season 2 by the end of this year.

And Eva in its entirety on Cartoon Network? Wonder how that will go...

In making games (Melty Blood and ReAct) still haven't tried Fate/Stay Night one yet.. looks good too :D I Ordered that Azumanga Fighting game a few days ago, it cost so much and the graphics aren't impressive, hope it's addictive :) It'll take a long time for it to get released here

It's good to hear Mai Hime's been licenced. I like when shoujos go mainstream.

I don't know, Aishiteru ze Baby seems like one of those "will never be licensed" shows (along with Full Moon wo Sagashite, KgNE, etc.) It's highly cutesy, realist, has no robots/ninja/samurai/harem girls, and the overload of crying scenes could be pure torture to dub/listen to dubbed. Then again, Piano seemed too "boring" in the same sense, but it's licensed. Don't get me wrong, I actually do like AZB, but I can't hope but notice these things. Maybe TRSI will pick it up if it wants to make a name for itself with slow, off the beaten path anime (like To Heart and Boys Be).

Yeah, I saw the Mai Hime thing on ANN today, I knew it was coming sometime.

I think the show that all of fandom holds its collective breath for is Bleach--to be honest, I'm selfishly hoping that it won't be licensed until it's finished (15 weeks to go!)--we all know it's coming. It'll be interesting to see who gets it, since it will probably be an expensive project to license and produce. It would really be a steal for ADV to get it, given their financial issues these days. The way I see it, though, many other companies have their hands full with other high-profile, popular shows--Viz~Naruto, Funimation~FMA, 4kids~One Piece (yeah, right, they wouldn't go for it), Bandai~Mai Hime. . .can't think of anything for Geneon at the moment, so maybe it'll be head to head between them and ADV. But either way, wait till October, please :D

Be non-conformist! (Everyone's doing it!)
I guess Max Payne isn't much of a yaoi fan...
