(that answer was sorta a question.... and DBZ is Dragon ball z... it's a macho man anime... KAMEHAMEHA!!!! and i lost count after like... 5 but techinically it was only exploded once... though other moons had the same affect as the original)

A: Rei has been having naughty thoughts about everyone she comes across, male and femle, and she gets real nervous around everyone. So in the sub they make it sound like she doesn't care and in the dub she appears to have a speech impediment. She acts like she doesn't care but now you know the real deal.
