Bad Anime's

Maybe is because of the games but I hated Wild Arms and Final Fantasy Unlimited, I couldn't get past the first volumes. Thank god I was able yo return all seven volumes for a refund. I liked Noir but hated the fact that for being assasins the thing had no blood whatsoever.

I watched the first episode of Okusama wa joshikousei ("My Wife is a High School Girl"), and decided, "no, no more." I don't want to waste my downloading time on a show with yet another Kawasumi Ayako* super-innocent moemoe girl who says the same thing 40 times in every episode ("Danna-sama!!!"). Plus, there's a certain demographic that it appeals to--middle-aged Japanese men who want to bang high school girls, and I'm not in that demographic. Oh, wait, I didn't need to say "who want to bang high school girls," since it's already inherent in "middle-aged Japanese men."

*Not that I don't like Kawasumi Ayako, but many of her roles are pretty similar--

Akari in To Heart
Mahoro in Mahoromatic
Aoi in Ai yori aoshi (where she says "Kaoru-sama" many times)
Kaede in Angelic Layer
Fuu in Samurai Champloo (Ok, this one is casting against type.)

Here's my 2cents.

I am usually open minded about animes, but some I hated:

-Kite. Ok its supposed to be porn, which is cool, but they sell the edited version as if its anime. Which it isn't. Its waaaaaay to gory and stupid. Bad idea that one.

- Sister Princess Repure. Incest, gross.

-Suyikio (or something like that)- boys on boys, again, gross

- Crayon Shin Shan- WTF. I know anime is supposed to be weird, but this was just awful. Maybe its because I'm not Japanese.

I don't care what any of you say. It sucked, and it was impossible to understand what was going on unless you were like on acid or something.

Wow, if you thought that about Akira...well, don't watch Eva, Lain, Perfect Blue, Utena, or Boogypop Phantom.

I dunno...the only anime I've seen that I actually thought was bad to the point that I felt ripped off for paying for it was Steel Angel Kurumi 2. The first series was a masterpiece, and while it was perhaps even more visually beautiful at parts than it's predecessor, I thought it was terrible plotwise and was made for no other reason other than to give the fans of the first series additional fanservice...but this time so very very uncleverly.

But I watched it all at once, late at night, and hadn't slept in a longass time, so that could of had an impact on my judgment of it...though when I watched it again (I always watch each series twice so I can see it subbed and dubbed if it has both languages, which this one did) I still felt the same.
