First anime I ever saw was "Kimba the White Lion" when I was a kid.
Then years later I discovered Voltron and Battle of The Planets. Then I discovered mecha and that was all I watched was mecha anime.
Then about 2 years ago on a gaming forum I saw a moving sig of a anime and I liekd the artwork and characters and was fascinated by it. I asked the person what anime that was and was told "Love Hina".
My anime life hasnt been the same since.
I like all kind of anime now. My favorites are comedy, comedy-romance, adventure and mecha if its good.

Probably Princess Mononoke and Digimon for me (tho in Digimon, i never really liked the monsters, only the characters)
But my very first Anime was some football anime...
*short decription*
1 lead boy (in the opening scene he and some girl are running in flowers)
And there were always these "Super kicks" wich made the ball blast the goalkepping into the goal.
*End of short description*
Does anyone know the name of this serie?

Well, the first anime I saw was My Neighbor Totoro when I was in first or second grade, but I fell asleep partway through. It only remained as a vague memory for nearly a decade.
Since then I heard of Pokemon, but thought it was stupid. DBZ, groudy. Sailor Moon ... AAA! Stay back! Stay baaaaaaack!
Then one sleepless night when I was in college I was channel flipping and dropped into the middle of the 13th episode of Inuyasha. Instant hook.
I started watching Inuyasha, then Yuyu Hakusho, I occassionally watched Rurouni Kenshin, then Big O (which got way too wierd after awhile).
You know, it wasn't until I started looking for Inuyasha fan sites that I learned about the word anime.
And I still think Inuyasha is the coolest show ever.

I guess my first anime was Samurai Pizza Cats, Captain Tsubasa, and ahis big robot series.....I forgot the name. The robot had a metal head and it wore blue with red clothes. Dam, I always forget the name. Anyways, I didn't know they were called anime until that faithful day, when I was six and my brother had found more of that style of animation and it's name, "Anime"........ good times, good times.... but these are better.
