Here's the cast list so far.

ADR Director: Mark Handler (did dubs for Cowboy Bebop and FLCL)

Yuri Lowenthal as Sasuke

Stephanie Sheh as Hinata Hyuuga

Steven Blum as Kakashi Hatake

Colleen O'Shaughnessey as Ino Yamanaka

Steve Kramer as Hokage

Strong cast so far which means the dub has a high potential of being good. Hell, I heard in AnimeOnDVD that the Japanese producers even liked the English dub.
