Does anybody like Akito from Fruits Basket? and why?

He is certainly a different sort of 'bad guy' than the usual people they use as villians. It makes the story more interesting...

However I feel that the anime series rushed the entire series...leaving out the other zodiac animals. I did hear that people are trying to get the second season... But what good is that? I mean, They pretty much squeezed in the ending already!

Anways, the anime really didn't give akito the time to develop as much as the other characters...

My dad brought a lot of Korean-translated manga from Korea (*of course

) and I have to volume 14 (but not 15 T.T)

Anways, a LOT of things happen that the anime just left out...
You should read the manga for the full story!

I agree but i just love seeing how tohru goes and qoutes her mom for example when shes talking to momiji about his mother....it made me cry so much!!!

Ahh, that's what I thought, but couldn't quite remember since I posted that a few days before the release (and had been relying on scans before then).

I will say it ONE more time for all those claiming that the anime was "rushed" and "left stuff out": The anime caught up to where the manga was AT THAT POINT. The anime's creators did not know where the manga would go and had to make up their own ending based on what was available.
