Two new R1 releases are in the stores today; both are Takahata films.
My Neighbors the Yamadas
Pom Poko
Unlike previous Disney/Ghibli DVDs, the Yamadas release has only one disc. Pom Poko has the usual 2nd disc of extras.
$20 each at Best Buy this week only. Our local BB was sold out the first day (Tuesday).

Not surprising -- the R2 Japanese DVD release of My Neighbors the Yamadas (incidentally, the first Ghibli film released on DVD in Japan) was also a single-disc.
