Angel's Egg is absolutely the most bizarre one I have seen, but I have to agree that Excel Saga, Cromartie High, and Sexy Commando are also quite bizarre. Also Ping Pong Club, which is similar to Cromartie High and Sexy Commando, only more hentai and slightly more coherent plot-wise.

I forgot the name of the series... it's about a boy in kindergarten who always moons at people... he's got a dog, that looks all white a fluffy... and the name of the series has something to do with crayons... I watched it when I was a kid... I liked it anyway, even though it was pretty weird. The next one on my list would have to be Dr. Slump. It's super-weird. But I liked it.
