anime brainwashed me when I was a kid

when I was kid by normal standards ['98,'97] I saw my first anime music video on tv. at least I think it was anime. i won't be exactly sure until [or if] I see it again. I don't know who was the author, or what the song was, but it was probably heavy metal or sth very sick [like aphex twin].
Anyway I distinctly remember a scene when a father shows his son his grenade factory [very sick], and in the end a skeleton of a fighter pilot drops a nuclear bomb somwhere, rips of his air supply from his helmet and laughs in a very wrong way.
and believe me i'm not tripping, that video does exist and i have seen its rather old at least 3-4 years
anyone got any clue to what i have seen?
Whose music was it [author] and what was the song name[track]?

Sounds quite a bit like Pearl Jam's "Evolution" video... in fact, it is.

It's not anime. The animation was directed by Todd McFarlane, the artist behind comics like Spawn.
