Najica Blitz is actually a pretty cool show, once you get past the fact that there WILL be a panty shot on almost every frame. Sort of the Jane Bond of the anime world. Gunslinger Girl (already mentioned) is ok, I found myself liking it more that I expected, Madlax... meh.

TeXhnolize didn't really do it for me, but you might like it.
