perversion in anime

I've noticed, but it never bothers me. Sometimes I go..."Oh my god! ::covers eyes::" Seriously though, it doesn't matter to me, I think it makes Japanese anime better because you aren't going to see that on American television anytime soon!

The only thing that annoys me is after seeing so many perverted males, now I am freaked out whenever I see a perverted female, because I didn't know they existed.

I used to freak out whenever I saw fanservice. But like everyone elso so far, I've gotten used to it. I still find it annoying but as long as the story is good then I'm usuaully a happy camper.

I agree with all you on the part that it is only good if it is done well. I think the male perversion thing isnt bad as long as it isnt over used, like Love Hina and even Inuyasha. When its over used though, or just full of nudity like Mahoromatic, it just gets old fast. Mahoromatic has a nice storyline (the whole reason she became a maid to help Saguru), but it seems to have to much nudity. Maby if they used those scenes to stretch the storyline some more it would have been better.

Guys seem to be more open about it and talk about it like they're talking about schoolwork or something. Girls try to act all offended when a guy says something perverted or says a mean joke.
