supermarket anime

is there anime where it revolves around a modern day supermarket kinda like an office but in a supermarket and interesting characters working there?

Hmm. There's a few where the main character/s work in a grocery store, but I can't think of anything where they work in an actual supermarket as the main setting for the anime. :/

Do they have supermarkets in Japan? All my relatives are amazed by the size of the markets in America. I'd probably only consider the ones in Japan a grocery store at best.
