RahXephon vs Evangelion

Eva good the first time through, cause it seems really deep. All subsequent viewing however, prove this to be a trick of the light. It is in fact a whiney self-absorbed drama aimed at alienated preeteens that fancy themselfs intellectuals.
Rahxephon seems like your run of the mill action drama. Repeated viewing however dispell this myth by demonstrating a insightful science-fiction story. A story that has more originality then others of the giant robot genre, as well as fully devolped characters that *gasp* actually devolop as the series progresses.

As you can see by my user name, I consider myself the leading expert in the field of similarities between Evangelion and RahXephon.

However, I don't care much for arguing about whether one thing is better than another thing. For that, it's all a matter of taste. Evangelion is better...for someone who likes anime like Eva. RahXephon is better...for someone who likes anime like Rah.

If you wanna argue about the anime not being similar, then I'll break out my galleries of screenshots comparing the two, and then we'll have a discussion.

I'm not psycic, but I've seen pics of Rahxephon on the internet and it dosen't look that good. If they put it on Adult Swim, then maybe I'll check it out.

Anything put on Adult swim has all the goodness drained out of it by standards and practice. Eva would be worse if it was on there so would Rah. You can't judge an edited story, get the real thing. A lot of blockbusters have movies for both go rent watch learn
