Which Anime series should i get next?

Vandred and DaiGuard are both good suggestions, another heavy action anime is Berserk, Guts is one tough character.

For something a bit mystic and strange try Petshop of Horrors. Another single disc with some good short anime is Memories, Magnetic rose is my favorite on that disc. For more humor, fanservice and fun, the Project A-Ko series is pretty good.

I myself have Anime Network so i get to see alot of if not most of the anime already suggested. I also watch CN anime programing to, way back when i remember anime begin shown, like DBZ which had about 10 reruns from the first show to the last on Namek. And then they added Gundam Wing, and then there was this large movement among the shows fans mainly the hardcore to show the shows in an unedited version since Toonami edited them for their 4 pm shows. I remember a site called Planet Namek which i was a member of called Goya Gokou really pushed the idea, and tried to motivate the members to get CN to do this late night uncut thing. And thats how we got Adult Swim.

I never seen Vandread although. And i would have to get some bootlegg Bleach if i wanted to see it in anime format. Iv'e only brought bootlegg anime once, and that was for all 13 DBZ movies, since Funi dub was raping that series, and many people were so turned off by it that they ended up buying subs even though it was bootlegg because they knew it was better, and faster then waiting for Funis Dvds which took them aboiut 3 years to do. But im a DVD type person now, i have to say. I have heard good things on an anime Thriller called "Monster" but im not sure if i can actually get a US version of the DVD and i have little actually information on it so if anyone could, give me any more info, it would be appreciated.

A very serious, dramatic, and awesome show. Definitely not the comedy you may be searching for, but it's a great series that deserves a look.

How about Shadow Fist, or whatever it's called (no disrespect to fans) I just can't remember its name. I know it's action packed, and funny though.

Plus the voice actors of Mannen, and Himeno (pretear) are in it. *I think*
