soooo true. When the animators put forth the effort (see mist arc, sasuke vs naruto, generally the whole chuunin exam) the animation is reaaaally nice and it's a shonen show, so action is a HUGE part of it.

note: while it would have been better less edited and on adult swim, viz made TONS more cash putting it on toonami for the kiddies. and then again, the manga is more bloody than the anime XD

Like iv'e heard before, they say Naruto is the new age Dragonball, so expect it to stay in toonami, but seriously though, it has the same tv rating as uncut DBZ, if there is more violence is should be shown.

well, DBZ uncut has only like a few swear words added on and like some dismemberment in it to, nothing to big. Heck you can see that in PG-13 movies. The first season only has a little violence because of the innocent transition from Drangonball to DBZ's 2nd season. Naruto is alot more violent than DBZ's 1st season ever will. Oh, and dont compare DBZ to Naruto. The characters in DBZ ARE NOT NINJAS! :P [/u][/b]

Ninja or not, people with big spiky hair using special techniques not just anyone can do along with their own signature moves with some having really flashy moves, fighting enemies that only get stronger while trying to get stronger themselves for their own reasons.

Main character destined to be the strongest because his difference but is an idiot and for some weird reason wears the same colors of a certain someone he resembles.

One character being the iron willed rival to that character who for some weird reason wears the same colors of a certain someone he resembles.

One character being the wisest amongst the group who's always chocked full of knowledge.

 uuuuhhh well, you have a point. But I kinda went off subject there with the DBZ thing. I was just saying that the charcters in DBZ ARE NOT ninjas. Thats all I was trying to say. But, come on almost every guy in anime has at least two spikes in his hair. I mean, thats almost what animes about dude.

Dont get me wrong but i dont plan on watching the tv series i liked the manga and i have read them all. For what i can tell when they sent naruto to america we messed it up with the voice actors and the edited the whole thing. I rather read the manga then have to lissen to suxie voice acting. But i would also have to say if i had the japanese version and with subtitles i would probly watch it.
The Sword is what i live by as long as it protects me in return.

I say the manga because after 50ish episodes of (not even mediocre) filler, I can't even watch the anime anymore
I am the bone of my sword
Steel is my body and fire is my blood
I have created over a thousand blades
Unknown to Death
Nor known to Life
Have withstood pain to create many weapons
Yet, those hands will never hold anything
So as I pray, unlimited blade works.

For me, the manga because I actually care for the characters (I actually felt sympathy for the Naruto and some other characters) and it gets interesting as you read on. But the show is so slowly paced that it got less and less interesting until I got to the point where I stopped watching it.

What do you think?
For me Manga for the same reasons you said there dude! :) MY friend predator_warrior (who lives 2 streets to my home) let me read the manga on his computer and he has 286 mangas on his computer, vicied with Naruto , huh?

My favorite character is Naruto and his character is Kakashi
