Searching for a particular anime previewed on a MKR tape...

A long time ago (say about six or seven years) I was watching the final tape of the first season of Magic Knight Rayearth, "Midnight". The subtitled version if it matters.

On that tape there was a preview for an anime that looked like an Excel Saga-style satire anime. It had such exceptional quotes as "Just get in the glowing green square", "I think she's one OVA short of a series", "Oh shit, giant stuffed fish RIGHT IN MY FACE", etc.

It looked like a sci-fi style anime. I never got a name, and I don't know where the tape is anymore to check.

If anyone could help that'd be great.

What you are looking for is Special Duty Combat Unit Shinesman. Its a very funny OAV with an incredibally funny dub. I'd check it out if I were anybody.
