Actually, I can see Kaworu more as a container (for the sake of the table-top motif, let's say for sugar)

SPOILER ALERToh jesus christ. i didnt know where to put this, but i just saw the episode with the final angel, the fifth child, and as im sure you know, he mutters somthing like, wait your lilith.now since you obviously dont know who lilith is, ill tell you. WARNING: this is somthing that ofends most religious people, and i wouldnt really go about brodcasting this. its like saying that jesus was a fake. now through my sourses i found out a while back that god had originaly created the first two human beings, man and woman.there names were adam and, not eve, but lilith. adam....was adam, but lilith was smarter than him, and he knew it. and this bothered him alot, knowing that he wasnt superior.so he goes to talk to god, and god changes lilith into the wind ( i dont get that ) and creats somthing more pleasant to adam.eve.

it was a piece of information that i usualy dont share, but i thought that you might apreacheat it, and not stone me. i was very shocked that the makers of eva were bold enough to put that statement in. i lost three of my best friends because of this piece of info. and i know nothing else about it so dont ask me. sorry,
