I've just got a quick question about coloring using Photoshop to color drawings. Ok, so I was surfing around and found a drawing that is colored using Photoshop in a style that I really like:

I absolutely MUST know how to do that! Anyone know of a tutorial or something or knows something about coloring in Photoshop like this drawing? Pleash let me know! Thanks in advance!
