Does anyone know the name of the song for the end credits? Or at least know the name of both artists? I really like the song, and so I wish to know what it is.

Which song? There's a few of them.

Here are the two Japanese endings:
"Rage Your Dream" by Move (eps 1-14)
"Kiseki no Hana (Flower of Miracles)" by Galla (eps 15-26)
