Um, never seen Evangelion (yet), but I would hope the crossdressing officer would also eliminate it. (Please tell me it does. lol)

The men and women working together makes me think of Vandread.

The answer was Vandread, but Knightmrinarmr was trying to argue that it could have also been Evangelion. We're trying to argue that taking in ALL points of the description (including the added clue), it couldn't have been Evangelion. It could only be Vandread. (And since I put it out there, I know that the answer was in fact, Vandread. And it was guessed fairly quickly. And I don't know why there's still posts about it. Heck, I don't know why I'm posting this other than I'm bored. )
