Not sure if its what you were looking for, but I have to mention it anyway. There's one in Hello Kitty Paradise!!!!!!! :D :D :D Don't think it has an episode #, but it's called "Birthday Party Time"

Mahou Sensei Negima has one of the sadest birthdays to date! :D

Well thats if the anime ended like it was aspost to... Those additional episodes were just to please the people that hate sad endings.
