Worst voices in Anime...

I don't know. I found the Japanese VA for Tohru WAY TOO chirpy to point it's unbearable (I'm usually tolerent to these things but not this one). Laura Bailey gets points for being "realistically" cute and charming.

Hm, I'm obviously just biased for watching the Japanese first over and over, then watching the English track. I found the over cheerfulness and squeaky-panic to suit her personality just right, but that's just my little opinion.

Of course, me being a YuYu Hakusho fan, finding out ALL the YuYu dub VA's are all cast in Furuba, makes me laugh like nuts. Kuwabara as Ayame, Kurama as sneaky-pervy!Shigure . . . I laugh. I just laugh.

English:

Dan Green as Yugi. Yugi sounds like his balls haven't dropped. WTF?
English voice of Belldandy made her sound like a Mary-sue. Horrible.
Just about every english voice for YGO.
Most of the dubbed voices of Tsubasa Chronicle.
Chiyo-chan's English voice...the person tried too hard. Didn't like Osaka's english voice either
Excel's english voice made me puke.

Also Trinity Blood english, I havne't heard it yet and I kow abut the voice actors!! They so screwed up the anime.

Naruto's voice is actually pretty good. i lub the Naruto dub. his voice improves even more after the Chuunin preliminaries. i watched both versions side by side and the voices fit rather well. and the english dub of Trinity Blood is actually better then the japanese version.

his and her circumstances, the main male char's english voice pisses me off so...ohh and funimation sucks, translation and seiyu

Okay, let's see I disagree with some but agree on others, I actually enjoy Yui Horie's Tohru Honda but then again I really just enjoy her work.
One thing I disliked majorly about the Chrono Crusade dub was Jessica Boone's Azmaria. I really enjoy most of her other work, but I had heard Chiba Saeko as the original Azmaria so...yeah.
My biggest complaints are with the Gundam Seed/Destiny dub(s). Lacus' voice is not supposed to change so drastically just cause she starts to sing and then she sounds kind of normal in Destiny?! WTF?!!
2nd biggest complaint is the Cardcaptors dub, that mangled piece of garbage where all of the characters sound 10 years older than normal!!

The scary thing is... Sakura's first english voice was done by an ten or eleven year old.

And you forgot that they (at least Tomoyo and Sakura) are so like prissy and snobby and Tomoyo and Sakura sounded so similar at times.

Personally, I hate all 4Kids dubs. Regardless of the actors/actresses. But the one that shocked the pants off me was Super Team in Akihibara or whatever it's called. Definatly not up to par with AVDs other releases. I could barely sit though one episode of that crap.

I'dunno. I respect eric stuart, and I think that he was well cast as brock, but...yea your right, 4kids sucks.

i cant stand the voice they gave to yuki from fruits basket it makes him sound like a girl.... its just plain annoying
