Wow, no guesses on that one! All right, here's another one from the same series. In fact, it's the same character.

Yeah... Azumanga Daioh. Osaka says it, but messes up by grabbing a knife instead of a frying pan.

The first series was Digimon Tamers. The first quotee was Calumon, the line actuallybeing part of his poem. The seond quote was said by one of the moster makers.
