FLCL Question

I was wondering how any of you got the FLCL import DVDs. Where can I get the most bang for my buck? Thanks.

I didn't get the R2 DVDs. Instead I got the HK DVDs (courtesy of animeart.com) for only 18.95 (for all 6 episodes).

The picture quality is excellent and the subs are pretty good too (except sometimes the subtitles will pop up a little ahead or late )

Yeah, the subs on HK DVD's are really crappy sometimes.
However, you can view with better subs by using a pre-made subtitle script.

They can be hard to find though.. I suggest joining a site that arcvhives them such as http://www.scriptclub.org

The subs on the Japanese dvds are excellent. Don't get bootlegs, they are evil.
