RIGHT?! It started out looking pretty generic to me, but the coloring in the animation (i.e. the eyebrows) and the character tropes (which I love all of them: the tsundere childhood friend,the harsh hard-love sensei, and even the boring girl whose emotions are coming out) are all getting to me.
