No there aren't.

There are laws against people under 18 years of age watching porn but there are no laws against people under 18 years of age watching hentai[.b], which are two different things. Loophole.

NDW's hentai watching is his and his parents' business alone. Phade intervening would open him up to possible legal hassles. It is not Phade's duty, for that matter, to act as a babysitter/nanny for NDW's parents (especially an unpaid one). And if NDW has seen hentai, then it is his parents' fault (if they do not approve of it) for not monitoring him and finding it out, and it is the fault of whoever NDW got the hentai from (as well as his own potential moral failings

).

So ban Kazaa, ban other P2P programs, clamp down on FTPs and newsgroups, and make all websites go through a content approval process, if you're so concerned about children seeing porn and the law.

there is no difference between hentai and porn other than hentai is hand 2d (most of the time). In most cases, there are stricter laws against hentai than there is with your basic porn. I believe it is illegal to hold in possession any kind of hentai in Ohio and some other states, due to the 'underage material' factor.

If hentai is any different, then go to a comic shop that sells it..and see if they'd let you buy it, since your 11.

I'm not going to argue anymore. My parents don't know what's on my PC, hell the fucking hentai is on MY DAD'S SERVER PC and HE KNOWS IT. He downloaded Cool Devices and New Angel and I got F3 on CD from somebody in Illinois. It's not your problem, leave me the motherfuck alone.
