Thats because there wasn't a Japanese dub until long after the origional release. If memory serves me right, it was theatrically released in Japan dubbed in english with japanese/korean subs. Of course I could be wrong.
You would be correct. This is one of the instances where the originally intended voices were in English and the Japanese Track is the actual dub.

Dub != English.
Dub = dubbed over the original intended language

X has some really cool extras. I really like the character profiles. I havent seen the Tv shows, but the movie dvd gives a little history of each of the dragons of heaven and earth.

X needs that biography do to extreme lack of content of the movie, do yourself a favour and watch the TV series.
I had watched only the movie for ages, finally after watching the TV series i know all that is X. :wink:

I guess the Eva Death and Rebirth Disc, but it needed extras cause the entire thing was a filler which annoyed me no end.

Kenshin discs were hell funny, I love the the 14th disc second group of outakes the most. It was soo stupidly funny.

As for the lacking of extras, DEF Vandred, i'm so pissed off with that release i still will go on about the lack of chapters in the blasted thing. CHAPTERS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!! :evil: They could of atleast got that right. Bootlegs get that right :!:

EXCEL SAGA, ADV, I LOVE YOU GIRLS AND GUYS... ^_^

I noticed of all the stuff I've bought on DVD, ADV keeps repeatedly kickin' ass for me in terms of extras...

I just watched the Berserk disc 5 bloopers again, and seeing the characters sing Sir Mixalot, obscure Clerks references, and some really dirty and fucked up shit. Best part of all time: Gats is holding Caska and the line is supposed to be something like "My love for you is everlasting" and he says instead "My love for you is........ like a truck. Berserker. Would you like to making fuck? Berserker." and Caska goes "What the fuck? did you just say 'Making fuck?'"

I think the Director's Journal on the Kare Kano DVD was pretty interesting.

I thought the special edition Studio Ghibli DVDs they just released did a good job as far as extras.

Speaking of Excel Saga, does anyone know if there is an Excel Saga perfect set on DVD?
