Azumanga Daioh - funny song, opening, and the lyrics translated are really funny
Love Hina
Ranma - the first opening (i haven't seen all of it yet)
Noir
Kenshin - freckles is great and 1/3 true feelings is a good song
Neon Genesis Evangelion has a pretty good opening song

for happy happy series openings .. love hina and azamunga win hands down.

Okay i havent seen alot of anime, but the opening theme for Evangelion was pretty catchy, Cruel Angel's Thesis.

Opening to Nadesico
Opening and End tune to Blue Gender <like the end tune in both japanese and english>
End tune to Dragon Half
Opening to panyo panyo DigiCharat

something to get crucified for Opening to bayblade <its catchy> <no, i dont like the series>

Evangelion Opening/ Some of the ending themes rocked,
Excel Saga,
The Ronin Warriors US Opening was odd,
Oh and the Samurai Pizza Cats Opening and End Theme
