Anyhoo, some rock others suck. Inuyasha is good. Yu Yu Hakusho sucks. I haven't seen RK or .hack/. I didn't see the first eps, so I don't just wanna walk into a story. As for your taste in anime. Your a n00b. Its fine to like those shows, but please evolve and go find other animes.

nah nah nah the only thing that should be taken a close eye on in rurouni kenshin is ayami and sezume... those two little girls are like the best made characters in that entire bloody thing

... those are the best scenes apart from the sword fights and the comedy parts that hit throught the entire show... like falling through a roof.. the guys thinking of Kaoru in a sumo wrestler's loincloth only... Kaoru and Megumi fighting over Kenshin... the list goes on... I love that show... but I love the OVAs better, if only i could get a hit on the ones after Tomoe's death...

Don't boss around or try to show up people who have been here ALOT longer than you man, or the name calling wont stop, it'l just get worse. I think you should stop trying to show us all how "cool" you are by telling us what anime series you like. The majority of the ones you mentioned are ENTRY LEVEL anime, anyway. I used to like a shitload of those too, then I found Excel Saga, Evangelion, Guu, Witch Hunter Robin, X etc etc.

Hehe, don't worry about it. Everyone started out somewhere. Just remember that most of this stuff are popular TV-dubbed titles, usually cut up and lacking any real quality representative of real, meat-and-potatoed, hardcore otaku-oriented stuff. Do watch stuff like Eva, or FLCL, and others people have mentioned to get a real taste of what anime is like.

And please try to spell the titles right - some die-hard folks around here don't take kindly to that...

Otherwise - enjoy Hope you like it around the forums. And oh, noob is not really always an insult. Admittedly, everyone goes through a noob period in forums...

Pshh... everyone was a noob at one time, I think. I came into this board in a bad mood, with a bad attitude and a lack of knowledge in AMV's. Thankfully, all of those have largely been rectified in just under a month

Just enjoy what you enjoy. I, too, lived on dubs for a coupla years before I attained suitable anime sources, and I was pretty happy...

First off, don't take "n00b" as a "bad name." You ARE a n00b when it comes to anime. You listed EVERY anime that has ever graced Fox, WB and CN. Now I am not saying any of those shows are 100% bad in anyway. I am 20 and still enjoy Pokémon and Hamtaro to a certain level. My point is you need to expirence other anime. Evangelion is a good start as well as Excel Saga. Try also to go down deep and find animes that most people aren't as aware of such as Phantom Quest Corp. and Sol Bianca. Secondly, I DON'T put down people unless I think they are full of shit. I don't think this about you. I never once put you down. I just said you were a n00b, which means NEW. So don't freak out and chill d00de.
