I sense the fact that I already talked about this a while ago... repeatedly.
I restate the main points: I don't hate DBZ nor do I deny people's rights to watching and enjoying it. However, if looking past its' good points isn't right, looking past its' bad points is all the more ignorant.
What's more, I don't take kindly to the tone about other anime. In a similar fashion, one can present Fushigi Yuugi, Sailormoon, or any other romantic anime for its' good points, disregarding its' negative aspects, and then saying 'oh, but it's certainly better than DBZ'.
So, no flame from me, just sober truth.

Oh duh, how could i forget. About the "one move thing". They all do one move, weather it's Kamehameha or it's Galic Gun or it's just thousands of energy gobulals from the fist. Back in DB days they had NAMES. So did the ones at the begining of DBZ, but then they just started shooting out bland different colored energies. It got boring quick.

I used to like DBZ but it just got old. It's always the same things. Villain comes out. Someone dies. Goku or Gohan gets pissed. They beat the villain. The dead person is wished back by the dragonballs. Then they do the same thing over and over again. I'm not sure but I think Garlic Jr. is the only saga where no one dies. The other irritating thing is the extending of the battles or other things. It took them forever to finally get to Namek and then beyond forever to leave it. And actually, they do say the names of their attacks (Gotenks's attacks, Krillin's Disc, Kamehameha(sp?), Spirit Bomb, etc.) The plot just stays the same and it gets old very quickly.
