X/1999 - oh the bishonen! Also, Angel Sanctuary is better eye candy than it is as an anime. Fake, Mirage of Blaze, Gravitation, DNAngel (Dark-san!!!! ^_^ ) Fruits Basket, Yami no Matsuei, the bully in Tenshi na Konamaiki is kinda cute (although his voice sounds kinda weird. )
Basically, if you want pretty boys, the best place to look is in shonen ai or yaoi anime. They're all pretty there.
manga wise, though, I have to say that the most beautiful boys are from Alichino. Then again, everything in Alichino is beautiful.
