Now that I think of it, all of those rules are basically true. Funny.

It is from a site called Anime Cafe, I think it's address is http://www.abcb.com

Quite a funny site, and, although it's been a while since I was there, I think it had some other lists too.[/url]

That used to be on a site with 104 other rules. Also upthere were 150 general rules for DnD and 150 things not to do as an evil overlord.
Old, and how?

I propose an ammendment to law 32.
Dirk_Temporo wrote: #32 - Law of Follicular Permanence
Hair in anime is pretty much indestructable, and can resist any amount of meteorological conditions, energy emissions, physical abuse, or explosive effects and still look perfect. The only way to hurt someone's hair is the same way you deal with demons... with bladed weapons!
Anime hair is not indestructable (it's still very combustable), but has the ability to fully repair it's self to the perfect condition and style within 15 frames, no matter what speed the action happens to be going at.

24 - Law of Americanthropomorphism
Americans in Anime appear in one of two roles, either as a really nasty skinny 'Bad Guy' or a big stupid 'Good Guy'.
Look Americans aint stupid it's our dam animators and anime directors so shut up bout all americans being stupid. It's just the dam anime people.
Life is what you make it.

Yeah, the laws of anime, read them a while back once. I like the one the most where it says, if there is wind, then the hero has to have a stylish cape blowing, which does NEVER hinder him at movement.
