my favorite anime weapons.

- you have yoru generic katana.

- The lance of longinus, but only when it's in that massive broad sword mode.

- Both of Alucrads pistols ... now if only i had the strength to use both of them without mono pods.

- and a berserk Eva unit 01

fuck ... I almost forgot ... Gats sword form Berserk ... thats another weapon that liek alucrad's pistols you'd need a hell of a lot of strength jsut to cary it propperly let alone actualy use it. Zods sword is pretty cool too, but it's Gat's sword that dose all the work.

And yes Gene Starwinds casterwas awesome. Loved the hot springs Planet episode where he went to get more caster shells.

it may not be "true anime" but I love Ivy's weapon in Soul Calibur II. But I like Nightmares Soul Edge alot better.

Now for some minority votes:

-Rai-dei the Blade's sword-gun from Trigun (live by the sword...live by the gun...now you can have both!, plus it beats the piss out of that one from FFVIII (or was it 9) IMO)

-Funnels from Gundam (am I the only person who likes the ability to destroy your opponent without them seeing it coming, and without having to exert any force besides thought?)

-Satellite Cannon from Gundam X...how to put it bluntly...the Twin Buster rifle has nothing on this puppy...sporting more than three shots, can annihilate a colony directly, and throw in the potential for backup bit GX units...and Wing Zero is OWNED...the only noticable drawback lieing in the fact it needs a signal from the moon to function...

-The Billbine from Aura Battler Dunbine...small, maneuverable, good array of weapons, and an aura barrier (which is, in all regards, equivalent to an AT field), overall, quite a formidable piece of machinery when used right

i like every single gun in CB (which i can tell you exactly what gun anyone in the show uses, even some of the 1 episode characters) because they are REAL and none in the ENTIRE show are made up...but i dont know about anything on any of the ships....but yeah. All the guns are real, and i like stuff that is real in anime. --;

I like the sandals in Naruto, they can be classified as weapons.
