I have in the past advocated the avoidance of Stellvia of the Universe, and still do so.

Dude, Boubobo is so fuc ked up, I can't hate it. :P

As for worst anime series.... Eh. Naruto.

Just kidding. It's not worst, but it DOES bore me to death.

An honest worst series... I guess I'd have to say Gunslinger Girl. The idea seemed to have so much potential, but the show itself just seemed to SUCK BALLS :P

I like Gunslinger girls. It is one of my favorites.

The OP is awesome and I like the girl characters. I also find the story very different. I just hope it ends well but it seems too dark for that.

And I also like Onegai Twins very much. It was lots of fun even with the questions of incest (Mr. Oni's comment had me rolling on the floor).

Beyblade is a 2003 anime and I dont like it.

Most of the stuff I have watched in 2003 I have loved. I am just curious if 2004 will be as good for me anime wise.

And just when I was worried what I will watch now that some of my favorites are ending, I just discovered Chrno Crusade.

Erm... Trigun's author worked on it, guess why it looks like a Trigun rip-off.

Well now that my anime club has finished screenings for the year... I can give the bottom 10 of the year... that we watched. (don't look at me, I don't do the playlist) just to get a bit more variety in there. Without further ado I'll pass it on to Mappy.
Mappy wrote:The Wooden Spoon award for 2003 was not even a closely fought
contest. There was only ever going to be one series to win this category,
although it did get challenged in the later stages by the title that came
second to last. In the end, though, just too many people thought this
series was bollocks to give it an even chance.

51. SAMURAI DEEPER KYO (2.081)
Hated right to the bitter end.

50. SAIYUKI: REQUIEM (2.926)
Looked like it was about to plummet through the floorboards, but ran out of
votes.

49. HEAT GUY J (3.444)
Two episodes of this were enough for some people. Hard to believe it has
been fast-tracked for a dvd release.

48. PLATONIC CHAIN (3.750)
"Platonic what?" was the regular chant by people going through the voting
form. Really stuck in the memory.

47. PANYO PANYO DIGI CHARAT (3.941)
In truth, this received the most 0's of any title. It also had its
defenders. Curse them!

46. KAZE NO YOJIMBO (3.968)
Bad animation and one too many stupid one-off episodes topped this one.

45. THE BOY WHO SAW THE WIND (4.043)
Also known as "The Boy Who Had the Wind", or something like that.

44. .HACK//SIGN (4.054)
And thusly did the masses celebrate. The other long series we allowed to
finish. Why?

43. OVERMAN KING GAINER (4.063)
One episode was enough for people. I've seen the second. It didn't get
any better.

42. .HACK//LIMINALITY (4.677)
In the words of a club member: "It's better than .hack//SIGN. That doesn't
mean its good."

And the final title in this BIG wooden spoon race (there were a shitload
below an average of 5 this year....)

41. KOGEPAN (4.731)
The fact that the burnt bread beat all the is above says all that needs to
be said, really....
While I don't agree with this entirely... Kaze no Yojimbo is an awesome series and most of the people who voted poorly for it were just bandwagoners. And then there's Kogepan, WTF. OK, so it wasn't that great but...
