Actually, I don't think there's anything wrong with involving youself w/ a lot of anime, but it isn't healthy when someone can just look at you and in an instant think " :shock: Whoa, he/she must be one of those weirdo's who likes them Chinese cartoons!" I'm glad it hasn't come to that for me...

Hmm how to describe.....

Anime = WHERE MOST OF MY MONEY GOES~!!!! Though in all seriousness, anime/manga are something that I enjoy, something I use to relax after work/sports/school etc...though I wouldn't say my life REVOLVES around it...it's just there....you know?

I would put it this way: entertainment, for me, primarily revolves around anime.

But life doesn't. :roll:

I completely understand. You're not alone! :cry:

It's really more of a relaxation thing I enjoy when I have free time. Like videogames or something. There's no problem w/ that, it just fluctuates. As of now, I'm spending more time on anime b/c I have no job and no GF so I'm gettin' LOADS of free time I never had before! :lol: ... :(

Exactly. The bulk of my DVD collection is anime, but I've NEVER felt ANY compulsion to dress as my favorite anime character. EVER.

My life revolves around whatever it is that I'm doing at any given moment. If I'm making a vid, then my life revolves around that - meaning around anime. When I write a fic, the same - anime. So because most of my hobbies are anime-related and I spend a good amount of time on them...

Yes, my life revolves around anime. Unless I'm at work or out - then it revolves around whatever I'm doing then. I guess it would be my *private* life that revolves around anime, since anime is only important when I'm partaking in a hobby. I don't even watch it unless I'm looking for something to make a vid for, or write about.
