Who is going to see vol. 2 on friday? I know for sure I am!!

But yeah, whenever I talked to someone about that movie, and they loved it, I told them it was based on anime. It has anime fighting scene style. It has anime in it, the whole thing was like a really well done live action anime....minus the giant robots. Alot of people were very surprised. Many people think down on cartoons they call "japanimation" or whatever. They classify it as all like speed racer or something. I was able to make a few people reconsider their opinions.

I know for sure I am going to see it, but I don't think I'm going on Friday.

I wonder if there will be some more anime in the 2nd one...

Since I saw the first one... I'm going to have to see the second and third ones. My movie-goers' oath states that if I see a first part of a trilogy then I must see the next two parts. Boy am I glad I didn't see the first Matrix and Star Wars Episode 1. :?

A good time of dissapointment is all that accompanied the second and third Matrix's.

i liked kill bill, and this was before igot into anime, whether or not that contains a point i don't know lol, but i liked it quite a bit rather excited to see the next one, and it gives me good defense to use agianst those who dis anime saying it's cartoon and shit but like kb. stupied soo sterotypical just don't know wa good thing when they see it.

OMG! I used to work at Blockbuster!

Getting back on topic, I thought that Kill Bill Volume 2 was the final movie. Never heard a third one. And yes I'm going to see Vol 2., but on video. I don't think it's worth spending seven dollars to see.

PS. I liked The Matrix, Reloaded Sucked, and redeemed itself with Revolutions which I thought was a little better than the first (I'm a sucker for Mechs).

I enjoyed Kill Bill to an extent but it felt kind of hollow for me, I think it is Tarantino's weakest film so far. Hopefully watching volume 2 will change my mind.

As for the animated sequence, am I the only one who thought that it gave it negative publicity with the use of excessive violence, which I felt enforced an anime stereotype?
