Wow, someone fianally provided something useful on this overdone topic...I'm actually kind of impressed! I don't care if it's the worste game ever made. I'd buy it just 'cause it's CB! Also, since the game isn't finished yet, I'm sure the visuals might improve before it's released. (It isn't out in Japan yet, is it?)

Just as long as Bandai doesn't have much to do with it, I think we'll be fine.
Probably too busy to be here right now.

Wow that trailer was pretty cool, cant wait. :)
Whether it's "Mankind wrought with expectation",
Or "Mankind fulfilling expectation",
Even if people are reckless, it's okay by me
I'm whoopin' and cheerin', I'm crying for joy
An emotional moment is lying in wait
Wanting to be loved by the goddess of victory
I'm betting for my survival in this
Climax....... win or lose.....

had no idea!

I had no idea that there was an actuall Bebop game for PSX. Even if it does suck, i'll still buy it. A die hard fan like me will still play it till the end. I was hoping that mine would be the first but oh well.

I'd be tempted to offer to sell you my copy of the Japanese PS1 CB game, if it weren't for my desire to prevent others from the horror that is playing the Japanese PS1 CB game (no, not horror like Biohazard and Fatal Frame -- I mean horror like Virtual Boy and N-Gage!!!). IMO, the PS1 CB game is the worst game I currently own (in a collection that currently spans eight different consoles and handhelds).

It's one thing to support anime-based video games. It's another thing to support them blindly, as you can wind up with a really REALLY BAD game (Example: Me. I'm a big fan of Cowboy Bebop the anime). Here's hoping the PS2 Bebop game doesn't suck NEAR as bad (IMO, a very safe bet).
HELP!! I'm being held prisoner by CLAMP fans!! We Demand -- er, They Demand -- uh, OH, FORGET IT!! It's Fun Here!!

What are you talking about?! The Virtual Boy was the best system ever! It sported crappy 3-D graphics, had an armada of colors (2! Nothing beats that!), and gave your neck some very bad problems! Who woudn't want to play such a miracle of gaming? But anyways, in all seriousness, listen to Cliff here. The Bebop PS1 game is one of the worst games that I've played, and if you really, really love the series, don't play this game.

Maybe youre right. But there's still something inside that makes me want to experience it for myself. For now I'll just take your word for it, but I have the feeling that someone thinks it's the greatest game in the world (I'm not trying to defend the game).

So what's it like? What exactly makes it so dumb? I could care less about graphics. Is it like The Punisher ((C) 1990) for Regular Nintendo? I'm sure most who have played that one thought it was stupid too.

The gameplay is just horrible. In a sense, it kinda plays like starfox for the SNES, only butchered and raped. The old NES Punisher is definately a better game.
