Looking to make a Manga, need an artist

Ok, well, here is what I think of when I think of the main character (sorry, haven't given him a name yet). Now, remember when you picture or draw this that I want this to be a parody on some animes (yu-gi-oh, Beyblade), meaning things like eyes, hair, and shoes have to be exagerated.
ok, here:

-a male in his teens, 15 or 16 about
-Brown hair, Blonde tips, Spiked (very exagerated, like Yu-Gi)
-Green Eyes
-Thin, but not sickley build
-Long sleeved shirt, like a nice button-up dress shirt, sleeve cuffs un-buttoned and rolled up to right before the elbow, the shirt is blue
-A vest, zipped up all the way, with a high collar covering most of his neck
-Long shorts, they end right before the knee
-Short, almost non-visible socks
-The shoes are like VANs or Airwalks

Now, you can add any smaller details that fits your style as long as you adhere to this main build. Hopefully I'll have more characters thought up within the next day, and If we decide to work on this, we are going to have to talk about this outside of the forum, if that is ok. Cool, anyone can send me a sketch, or post one on here. Thanks for the interest.

Sorry, it's been a while due to technical difficulties, but here's someperson's pic of the guy! I think it's great for a scetch...I'll try to draw a pic something kind of like that, w/ just a few differences...I like it!

Yeah, its cool, I've told them I like it, but I'm still wanting to see other sketches, so go ahead and give it a try. By the way, there is a small change in the description. When I wrote it, I meant to say -Long shorts, stopping right before the SHIN. Not knee, I already told someperson, so now I'm telling everyone who wants to try. So if you are interested in doing my story, I only already have most of the first "issue" written somewhat.
