i dont get FLCL at all

As far as I'm concerned, the only real semblance of a plot is in the last episode or so, when they finally reveal what Haruko's up to. But...overall, I liked the series. It's just not something to "get" though.

There was a point to the series....there are a ton of metaphors and symbolism and so forth....you just have to see the series maybe 3 times before you see it all, but it was meant to be analyzed and there was a point to the series.

I didn't get it at first either. It's one of those animes where the plot isn't spoon fed to you. You have to put forth some effort and actually pay attention and think (heaven forbid

). But I got it a lot better after watching the directors commentary.

i dont think i got it. i mean i got what was going on but i dont think i got the deeper meaning. to tell u the truth i kinda found it stupid and annoying. it was more of a burden then pluser for me to watch it. and i dont think id ever like to see it again. i found the same thing with eva.

i thought that was really funny. it left me saying, WHAT THE FCUK! and glued to the tv. it's a really hilarious show, and it's definitely different from the rest.
