there was another thread here a few months back that gave a lot more info on this. And while the series is ending in september, the plot does not end until the 4th movie comes out in december.
The sword, it thirsts to drink of man,
The sword at last must win,
Today is gone, and yesterday,
Must echo in the wind.

Oh goody. So those of us who watch it fansubbed will have to wait a good six months to find out how it actually ends.
Or we could find scans of the manga. But that would be logical.
*shrug* The movie-as-ending thing does make sense, though--build up suspense and let her finish the manga at the same time. I wish they would have ended it with the series itself, but at least now it sounds like they're going to end it well.

Inu Yasha isn't THAT long...
Anyone remember DBZ (or the whole series for that matter) and SM?
As long as the anime is good I'm happy.
Although a long anime means more time waiting to see it, more money to buy and the biggest box set ever.
-sweat drops-
Hope no more DBZ-like anime are done, ever.

Okay im tired of this.
Dragonball z is NOT its on genre, naruto is somply and action/adventure/romance/drama anime, dragonball z is simply cheesy over the top action, say what you want, just dont judge an anime by its cover, it might come back and bite you in the ass, thats EXACTLY what happend with techi muyo.

Five God Dragon
Cause I love DBZ, meant the length not the anime itself.

Do you think once its done it will come out in one giant monsterous box set? I like buying the whole series (that's why I am asking) rather than buying all the dvds seperatly and then only missing one in the middle of the series, and never being able to find it. I guess though it will be released in a box per season.
