Coolest villian? Tough call since 90% of the anime villians suck. I'd have to say Naraku though. All of homeboy's plans are just so he can bring himself to kill a woman he's forced to love. Thass too fucked up to not rule.

Sephiroth is by far the most classic Villain there is. He has no goonies to do shit for him cause he does it all himself. He does bad things because he believes that it is right. And the final showdown has the coolest music out of any videogame, (Its called One-Winged Angel in case anyone was wonderin.
