Fuma from X 1999 would kick all of their asses if he used all his power, but if its just plain sword fighting you're talking about then I'd have to say either Jubei (NS) or D.

ok i'm trying real hard not to just say that gats would masacre everybody. i think he's probably number 2, in first jubie from ninja scroll, he's the best swordsman i've seen ion anime and is fast enough that he could beat gats. plus the fact that he actually fights for the victory will let him dispatch kenshin with ease.

When it comes to lookin' cool, DEMON EYES KYO IS THE MAN! That and he's got the coolest "guitar rockin" BGM that always plays before he totally annihilates his foes...

I suppose you should. It's 13 episodes. Apparently, the Kodomo no Omocha manga author did the Jubei-chan manga also, and the director of "Sexy Commando Masaru" was involved in the anime production, so it has some humor. A pretty good series all in all.
