3) Kenshin OVA
(really hard choice... I'd say they're equal. Akira is more mind-blowing, but Kenshin OVA had such supreme atmosphere.)

5) His and Her Circumstances
(I'm a huge Bebop fan, but I'm an even huger Kare Kano fan. I've never related to a show more than with Kare Kano.)
